All our production and work cases are made to world tour class. We talk to you the client and try to build exactly what you require. They are mostly made from 9.5mm either phenol coated or laminated birch plywood. Thus making them completely bespoke and ready for a long life on the road. All drawers are made from birch plywood and are stained black as standard they can be foamed and/ or have dividers. We prefer to to have a sit down and chat about your case need and discuss possibilities. We generally work from hand sketched drawings though can work from PDF drawing too.
